Association History
You have to know where you’ve been to know where you are going. Kappa holds a special place in its heart for Fraternity history, but every association of our organization has unique beginnings of its own. Each plays a part in shaping us today and continuing the Kappa tradition beyond college.
We invite you to explore our website to learn all about our KKG Greater Raleigh Alumnae Association and our membership opportunities. Whether you are new to the area or you have lived in the Raleigh area for many years, we invite you to reconnect with your Kappa sisters. We are a group of diverse woman, from all over the country, with a variety of ages. The association is comprised of women not only living in Raleigh, but throughout Wake County and even some surrounding counties. We have one thing in common: Kappa Kappa Gamma and the bonds of sisterhood.
If you are not a member of the alumnae association, you should still receive a newsletter from us once a year. If you do not receive a newsletter, your contact information may not be up-to-date with KKG Fraternity. Please update your information in the "members only" section of the Kappa Kappa Gamma website. If you do not have a login, you'll have to create one. We hope our yearly newsletter will serve as a reminder for you to consider joining our association. However, members may join at any point during our year, which typically runs July-June.
Stay up to date with us throughout the year through our Facebook page www.facebook.com/groups/KKGGreaterRaleighAlumnaeAssoc/ or on Instagram @kkg.graa.
We hope you will join us and experience all that Kappa has to offer after your collegiate years! Come be as active in our association as you would like to be - we're looking forward to seeing you at an upcoming event!
